At Crumbs & Munch, every loaf, cake and muffin is handmade with care. From nostalgic banana breads to Asian-inspired bakes like our Matcha & White Chocolate Muffin, each item is baked in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. No shortcuts, no mass production. Just comforting, flavourful bakes that feel like home.

I'm Rita, the baker behind it all. After more than a decade working as a video producer in advertising, I took a career break and came to London for what was meant to be a long holiday. Like many others, I stayed. And during that time, I rediscovered the joy of creating, this time in the kitchen.

I started baking for friends’ birthdays and celebrations, and slowly realised that baking had become more than just a pastime. It offered the same satisfaction I once found in producing videos, the process of shaping an idea, putting care into every detail, and creating something that brings people together.

In many ways, I simply shifted from producing videos to producing flavours. The tools and ingredients changed, but the creative spirit remained.

Crumbs & Munch is my way of telling stories through sponge, crumble and glaze. And I’m so glad you’re here to be part of it.
